ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take necessary action under Section 145 of Cr.P.C on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 19.11.2021 before the second respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. However, the said complaint was closed by the second respondent for want of jurisdiction. That apart, the petitioner cannot seek such a direction to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of CR.P.C. On receipt of the complaint, the police officer has to decide the proceedings to be initiated by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20411 of 2021 Executive Magistrate for the offence under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
