ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinates etc., not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 4/9/2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to a murder took place on 17.01.2023, a case has been registered by the second respondent Police and due to that some sort of life threat exists to the petitioner. Only on that ground the petitioner was called for enquiry and for his own benefit enquiry is underway.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent Police and co-operate with the investigating agency. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
