Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 02.03.2016 made in d.Dis.A.P.28/2015 D2, confirming the order passed by the second respondent dated 27.09.2015 made in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.11132/2013/A1.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. This writ petition stands disposed of by directing the first respondent to complete the proceedings initiated against the petitioner in his proceedings, dated 19.03.2015 bearing reference e.f.vz;.11132/2013/M1. This exercise shall be completed and appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.16583 of 2016 orders should be passed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case, there is any mistake in the charges, the first respondent is at liberty to issue appropriate corrigendum to the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After completion of the aforesaid proceedings, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application for recording himself as the hereditary trustee in terms of Section 54 (1) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. It is needless to state that before passing appropriate orders pursuant to the proceedings, dated 19.03.2015, the petitioner shall be heard. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
