Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records culminated in the impugned notice dated 11/10/2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, unlawful, without jurisdiction and without any authority not binding on the petitioner and consequentially directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to alter or change the survey sketch and record in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner comprised in Old S.F.227/2 admeasuring to an extent of Acre 2.36 Cents corresponding to New Ward No. A W, Block 12, New T.S,No.12 Part, Old Door No.203, New Door No.65.

ORDER:- Writ Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Shangar Murali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Angappan, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2 and of Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, and Mr.S.Saji Bino, Advocate Commissioner, this Court made the following order: Learned Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has stated in his interim report dated 25.02.2020 that unless the waste materials and thorny bushes in the property are fully cleared it would not be possible to effectively complete the survey. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

WP(MD). No.22729 of 2019 2.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that necessary action for clearing the same would be taken immediately and reported in the next hearing.
