This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and on enquiry, the petitioner participated in the enquiry and stated that he will workout his remedy before the civil Court and hence, the complaint was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
