This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.185 of 2009 and dispose of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case in C.C.No.185 of 2009 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
