The writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order of the first respondent in order No.047881/HR5/SETC TN/2015/2826, dated 16.12.2015

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition has become infructuous since the petitioner challenged the impugned order of transfer passed in the year 2015, which is 7 years back.
