Heard Mr.D.Balamurugapandi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Muraleedharan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2015.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, had produced a communication dated 27.05.2016 addressed to the petitioner indicating that the complaint of the petitioner has been considered and informed the petitioner that the complaint has not been established, in view of the verification of the residential status.

4. In view of the same, no further order is required to be made in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
