ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to direct the 3rd respondent herein to take legal action against the 4th respondent for obtaining passport A.No.3829674 dated 01.10.1997 on the basis of fraudulent and fabricated documents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation, the respondents will consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
