This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.23011 of 2021 dated 03-01-2022 has not been complied with.

2.Today(24.01.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the District Educational Officer/the second respondent herein. According to him, the District Educational Officer, Paramakudi/the second respondent has completed an enquiry and submitted his report to the Chief Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram/ the first respondent on 20.07.2021. The Chief Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram in turn has forwarded the report to the Joint Director of School Education on 01.03.2023.

3.Since a direction of this Court in WP(MD) No.23011 of 2021 dated 03-01-2022 is as against the second respondent alone and it is now reported that the second respondent has completed the enquiry and submitted his report to the Joint Director of School Education through the Chief Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram, by recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. 24.01.2025 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No vrn 3/5
