ORDER

The instant Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 13.06.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.11543 of 2022.

2. This Court by an order, dated 22.10.2024 directed the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents to get written instructions from the first respondent why there is a delay of two years in complying with the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.19113 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents filed a typed set of papers, in which, the order of this Court has been complied with by the first respondent on 20.01.2023 pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23.08.2022. The order, dated 21.09.2024 submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents in the last hearing is the same order, which has been filed pursuant to the contempt petition filed by the petitioner. Since the 2/4

order has been passed within the time frame fixed by this Court, there is no delay on the part of the first respondent.
