This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are several previous cases are pending against the petitioner and he is habitual offender and he has to be under the surveillance of the respondent police.
