ORDER
This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. There are several Writ Petitions are pending before this Court in connection with the appointment of a Fit Person under Section 54(3) of the TN HR & CE Act, 1959 and further collateral proceedings.
3. The petitioner has approached this Court for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 22.07.2025 to recognize the petitioners as the Hereditary trustees under Sections 54(1) and 54(2) of TN HR & CE Act, 1959.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioners' representation will be considered and disposed of by the second respondent/Joint Commissioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners may also be heard before the final orders are passed.
5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025 and dispose it of within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners. No costs. 3/5
