RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute bond and pay the conditional payment in Crl.OP.No.5560 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021 in connection with the Cr.No.93 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Papanasam Police Station, Thanjavur District. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties.Due to health condition and financial issues, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.5560 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.11650 of 2021 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5560 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
