Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17656 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022, to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the credit of Karthika Public Educational and Charitable Trust, SB A/c No.497663303, Indian Bank, Mayiladuthurai, Branch Code: 00165, IFSC Code:IDIB000M023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17656 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) each to the credit of Karthika Public Educational and Charitable Trust, SB A/c No.497663303, Indian Bank, Mayiladuthurai, Branch Code: 00165, IFSC Code:IDIB000M023 . The other conditions, shall remain unaltered. The time is also extended for a further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
