ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2018, dated 03.07.2018, on the file of the third respondent herein to the fourth respondent herein viz., Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Persecutor would submit that the investigation was completed in the above said case in Crime No.139 of 2018 and final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20412 of 2018 report was also filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy in S.C.No.199 of 2019 and sofar 15 witnesses have been examined. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
