ORDER

This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents 4 to 6 as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.05.2025 against the sixth respondent before the official respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the sixth respondent in connection with unauthorized Saw mill/wood work carrying on by the sixth respondent in the adjacent property next to the petitioner's house.

3. It is further submitted that the first respondent has also direct the second respondent vide its communication dated 09.06.2025 to take action against the sixth respondent. However, till date no action has been taken.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2025 and take suitable action against the sixth respondent after due notice on the sixth respondent.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid 3/5

representation dated 30.05.2025 of the petitioner within a period six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Needless to state, before passing any order, sixth respondent shall also be heard.
