PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 266 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings passed by the second respondent dated 09.05.2016 in Ref.No.TNSTC/TS/T4/25/14 and to quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, to direct the respondents to conduct fresh enquiry by way of affording the petitioner by supplying the relevant records and sufficient opportunity to participate in the enquiry.
