ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his complaint dated 10.08.2025 has not been addressed by the respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner is having money dispute with the third respondent and considering the nature of the complaint, it was closed on 26.06.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner has lodged another complaint through his power of attorney. 2/4

3.In the event, if the petitioner has lodged the very same complaint, which was closed earlier, the respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report of the earlier complaint to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
