ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 141 days in representing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
