When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the appeal filed by the Transport Corporation against the very same award was referred to Lok-Adalat and the same has already been settled on 22.04.2018 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
