This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer in Memo No.011309/925/Adm.B/B.1/2016, dated 22.08.2016, on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal. 2/5

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was promoted and transferred to some other place. Therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
