Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.M.P(MD) No.10321 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10642 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner is suffered by severe viral fever, he is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
