This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to the second respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner's life and limp, on the basis of the petitioner preferred a complaint before the respondents-1 & 2 on 13.11.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrcutuous.
