that the fair price shop was handed over to the fifth respondent on 29.08.2016. As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. By recording the same, W.P. (MD) No.16841 of 2016 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
