This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.156 of 2017 on the file of the first Respondent police.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.156 of 2017 on the file of the first Respondent police on the ground after registration of the First Information Report, Petitioner herein, who are arrayed as accused and the De-facto Complainant had arrived at a compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed along with this Petition. 3.By way of reply, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that he has no objection to quash the First Information Report by recording compromise.

4.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memo, this Petition is allowed and the proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No. 156 of 2017 on the file of the first Respondent police is quashed.
