ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Respondents to take necessary action against the Respondents 3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30.06.2016, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. He further submitted that the petitioner also died. Infact, the petitioner drove the vehicle in the drunken mode and the case has been registered as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16842 of 2016 petitioner by the third respondent. Only to escape from the clutches of the said crime, a false representation has been foisted with false allegation as against the respondents 3 & 4 herein. 3.In view of the same, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
