RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18356 of 2021 dt.24.11.2021 and to direct the Petitioners to appear before Thiruverumbur Police Station or any other Police Station or Court,Trichy District instead of reporting before the Inspector of Police, Thoothukudi South Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18356 of 2021 on 24.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.11670 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18356 of 2021 on 24.11.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
