ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in petition No.556 of 2019 before the second respondent to some other agency based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2019.

2. It is seen that on the compliant lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered and it is pending for investigation on the file of the second respondent in petition No.556 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15678 of 2019 3.Under these circumstances, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered, since no case has been registered. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4.However, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
