RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate Court daily at about 10.30AM for a period of one month having been imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16982/2021 dated 10.11.2021 in connection with Crime No.21/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHALINGAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.01.2022, the learned Government Advocate sought time to get instructions with regard to the health condition of the petitioner. But the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition so far and only on the health condition, the modification petition has been filed.

2. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police once in a month after completely recovering from the fracture. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
