ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property of the Petitioner's deceased grandmother, namely, Kamatchiyammal @ Kamatchi, situated in Survey No. 676/1, Silukkuvarpatti Revenue Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindugul District, by considering his application dated 25.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to his paternal grandmother, Kamatchiyammal @ Kamatchi and the patta for the subject property stands in her name in Patta No.317. The petitioner submitted an application on 25.07.2025, in Application No.
2025/0123/13/014198, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 25.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs of petitioner's father, Sangan Servai, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
