ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him before the respondent on 04.06.2025 with the

time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.P.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he filed an appeal before the respondent on 04.06.2025, seeking reclassification of the land and issuance of patta in his name in respect of the property situated in Survey No.346/9, Muthulingapuram Village Kudiyiruppu, Ettayapuram Zamin, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. The said appeal has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
