MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The lower court counsel misplaced the certified order copy and did not inform the petitioner about the execution of sureties, hence, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11042 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21300 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. sd/- 11/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
