J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Admittedly, the enquiry that was commenced in the year 2014 is yet to be completed. Of course, the Writ Court has stayed the enquiry proceedings in the year 2016. No attempt has been made by the Management to have the stay vacated. The Writ Court has only held that in view of the prolonged suspension, the first respondent / writ petitioner would be entitled to revocation of suspension and the Writ Court has taken care to direct the Management to place him in a non-sensitive post. In view of the same, we do not see any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Writ Court, except to delete the observation relating to entitlement to regularization of the suspension period, which would depend on the outcome of the enquiry. Hence, this writ appeal fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [R.S.M., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 06.06.2023 NCC :
