This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in S.C.No.62 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.
