ORDER
The petitioner has submitted a representation on 15.02.2016 and filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation.
2.By the said representation, the petitioner has requested the respondents to recognize the encroachment of this petitioner by issuing Bmemo. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that three survey numbers are mentioned in the petitioner's representation, of which, S.Nos.29/1 & 22 are water bodies and S.No.28/1A belongs to a private person.

4.In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed that this petitioner is not having any right for the relief sought for. No costs. Index :
