2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that after making personal spot inspection and enquiry, the complaint was closed on 20.04.2023 and closure report was also sent to the petitioner through courier service. 3.By way of reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above said closure report has not been received by the petitioner. 4.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
