[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is to the notice dated 26.07.2016, issued by the respondent - Bank, intimating the petitioner to clear the irregularities committed by him in making repayment of the loan amount, with a direction not to harass him.

2. None appeared on behalf of the respondent - Bank.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of the Court and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
