This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from entering into the Petitioner's business place and harassing the petitioner's employees in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action if any trouble arises in future.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action if any trouble arises in future. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
