ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to online trading business dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant that the petitioner has not returned the trading business amount and threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint has been forwarded to the City Crime Branch, Madurai. Originally, the complaint was enquired by the S.S.Colony police and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared and given an undertaking that he will settle the issue. Subsequently, the petitioner failed to comply the undertaking. Hence the matter has been forwarded to the City Crime Branch, Madurai.

5. Let the petitioner appear before the concerned respondent herein and cooperate with them to complete the enquiry process. If any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies through appropriate proceedings. 2/3
