ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.207/14 to an extent of 1 Acre respectively situated at Kovil Ramapuram Village, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District and to fix its boundaries as per revenue records by obtaining adequate police protection from the third respondent police by considering the petitioner's online application dated 08.11.2022.

2. It is informed that the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents would submit that the house has been constructed by the petitioner's brother son. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit 2/4

that the house has not been constructed and that the property belongs to the petitioner. Therefore, the survey shall be conducted in keeping with the documents as well as the patta of the petitioner. Notice shall also be given to the neighbors. The entire process would be completed within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands allowed, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
