The instant writ petition has been filed by a Checking Inspector working in the respondent Transport Corporation challenging an order under which the request of the petitioner for undergoing voluntary retirement was rejected. 2.Pending writ petition, the respondent Transport Corporation has permitted the petitioner to go on Voluntary Retirement by way of proceedings dated 25.10.2024.
