ORDER
The petitioner has applied for issuance of patta through on-line before the third respondent/the Tahsildar, Natham, on 28.04.2023. Since the same has not been considered so far, he has filed this writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the third respondent has rejected the petitioner's application stating that there is some variation in the extent of land and therefore, patta cannot be granted. A copy of the order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4
3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
