This petition has been filed to set aside the 1st and 2nd conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MPNo.3742/2023 by the Honble Principal District and Sessions 1/3

2.By the above said order, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of crime number. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation is that the petitioner had obtained 7 soverigns of jewels from the defacto complainant. But, never he has obtained such things. He would further submit that due to the family circumstances, this petitioner is unable to comply the above said condition. 3.Therefore, challenging the above said condition, the petitioner is before this Court. Considering the nature of offence only, the above said condition was imposed upon him by the Sessions Court. However, the petitioner without approaching the Sessions Court for modification, directly came to this Court.

I find no reason to entertain this petition. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
