Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear respondents 2 and 3 from conducting Kangaroo Court on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.11.2021 and further direct respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent in the alleged act of defrauding the petitioner in the purchase of the property comprised in S.No.8/3 and 8/4, No.14 Vadivelkarai Village, Madurai North Taluk.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent. He wants action to be taken. He also complained that the second respondent is compelling the petitioner to part with a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the fourth respondent.

3. In these circumstances, the following directions are issued:- a) The respondent police will not pressurize or compel the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.22487 of 2021 petitioner to part with any kind of money to the fourth respondent. b) The third respondent shall conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
