PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction, directing the 3rd respondent, "Not to Harass" the petitioner on the complaint given by the 4th respondent relating to money transaction. For Petitioner :Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan For Respondents :Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar 1 to 3 Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O RDER When the matter is taken up for hearing today(ie.,18.10.2023), the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there was a chit fund issue between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. The complaint was closed not only on the above said issue but also on the ground of jurisdiction. As on date no complaint is pending against the petitioner before the official respondents.

2.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
