ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R1. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.116 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. It is a private complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Even though bailable warrant was issued against the second respondent way back in the year 22.01.2021, till date, it has not been executed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the first respondent did not receive any bailable warrant from the concerned Court. Therefore, the jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to ensure that bailable warrant issued against the second respondent is duly executed by the first respondent or the concerned police authority at the earliest.

4. With this direction to the jurisdictional Court, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
