Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings K.Dis.15591/MPV(2)/2016 dated 08.06.2016 and consequentially to direct the respondents to sanction retirement benefits to the petitioner in the light of Rule 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 and disburse the same within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent in K.Dis.15591/MPV(2)/2016, dated 08.06.2016 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to sanction retirement benefits to the petitioner in the light of Rule 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 and disburse the same within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since she does not have any instruction from the petitioner, this petition may be closed with the liberty to reopen the same and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
