O R D E R This petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.1033 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent dated 12.11.2021 and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1033 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed in e-filing No.CC-LTN 20220002329C202300075, but not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report within a time stipulated. The petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is so aggrieved.
