ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for seeking direction to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner's brother namely Kumaresan S/o.Pandi, L.C.T.No.21060 for the period of 15 days who as confined at Trichy Central Prison.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the representation of the petitioner, the third respondent called report from the probation officer and the local Jurisdictional Police in respect of conduct of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.22704 of 2019 the petitioner. The third respondent yet to receive the said report from the probation officer as well as the jurisdictional officer.

3. Under these circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner on receipt of the report from the probation officer as well as the concerned jurisdictional officer and pass orders on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
